Diane
Oelmann, BA, B.Ed., RPA
President
Diane is the President and owner of Abacus Management. She has over 32
years of experience in the management of residential and condominium
units in the Greater Montreal area. She is the primary liaison between
Co-Owners, Directors, employees and the administration team. |

Diane
graduated with honours from Marianopolis College, obtained her BA from
the University of Montreal with a major in French literature and
obtained a Bachelor of Education from St. Joseph’s Teachers College.
She received her Broker’s permit from the Quebec Real Estate
Association in 1979 and her Real Property Administrator designation
(R.P.A.) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International
in 1992.
Diane was instrumental in promoting the R.P.A. designation in Quebec
and was the first instructor for the RPA program - teaching Property
Managers with a minimum of 10 years experience. She is President of the
Montreal chapter of L'Association des Syndicats de Copropriété du
Québec (ASCQ) and an active member on the Board of Directors.
When not managing condos, she is an avid tennis player and was the
first female President of the Mount Royal Tennis Club. She is presently
serving on the Board of Governors of the Mount Royal Tennis Club. |

Meghan
O'Donnell
Assistant to the President
Meghan’s responsibilities include working side by side with the
President to ensure that all projects are well coordinated and that all
monthly board meetings run smoothly.
With a strong background in real estate and customer service, Meghan is
particularly well prepared to work with suppliers, contractors, and
employees on a daily basis.

Francine
Marcoux
Chief Controller &
Accounting
Francine has been with Abacus Management for over 15 years and has been
in the business of building administration accounting for over 25
years. She has shown outstanding performance in all areas of
accounting. She prepares all the financial statements as well as the
employee cheques and government remittances.
Francine meets with the Directors responsible for financials and
assists in preparing the annual budgets. A real team player, Francine
is respected and well liked by all of Abacus Management’ clients as
well as her fellow employees.

Ahmed
Sebah
Assistant Controller
Ahmed is the Assistant Controller having the responsibility of
accounting for both payables and receivables for all buildings.
Ahmed's
background in accounting, his experience, and his calm manner bring an
important contribution to the financial team. |

Catherine
van Egmond
Property
Manager
Catherine has worked for many years in operations management and has
experience in working with suppliers, customer service and contract
management. She has exceptional organizational skills and a strong
customer service commitment to our clients.
Catherine is the Accounting Secretary for Le St. Mathieu and the
on-site Property Manager for over 365 condominium units - the largest
condominium project in Quebec. She prepares for and assists at all
monthly, special and annual meetings, and is responsible for the
electronic bookkeeping.

Andrée
Marcoux
Property
Manager
Andrée is responsible for the entire operation and management of Phase
1 at the Sanctuaire du Mont Royal as well as for Sir Robert Peel since
2009.
Andrée possesses many years of experience in management
and recently completed her certificate in business studies at Concordia
University. Andrée is greatly appreciated for her
professionalism and her facility in working and interacting with our
clients.

Chantal Joly
Property
Manager
Chantal is the on-site Property Manager of Sir Robert Peel. She is also
in charge of the propery at 215 St. Laurent.
Chantal’s extensive
management experience is an asset to the Abacus Management team.
Chantal is also appreciated for her excellent skills in
communication. |

Gerald
Wilkins
Property
Manager
Gerald manages 206 condominium apartments at 750 Montpellier, as well
as condominium units at Villa Veritas in N.D.G., Shalom Towers in Cote
St. Luc and supervises the Redpath townhouses in downtown Montreal.
Gerald helps in the management of Place Furama in the East End.

- BOMI is an Educational Institute focusing
primarily on developing professional property managers. Diane received
the Real Property Administration (R.P.A.) designation from the
Institute in 1992 showing her commitment to promoting higher property
management standards in the industry.
